Open in Spring & Summer 2021 – Coronavirus Update

We continue to open every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in Spring & Summer, until further notice. On Thursday and Friday our offices are closed.
Our opening hours are:
Monday: 10.00am-4.00pm – Engraving & Despatch
Tuesday & Wednesday: 8.00am – 4.30pm – Manufacturing, Engraving & Despatch.
Please ensure all stock orders are settled before 2pm and all engraving orders are confirmed and settled before midday on the day of despatch.
Should you require any information on our opening hours please email sales@swatkins.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
Our engraving department is working on a 1-2 day turnaround for silverware and flat crystal engraving. Our silverware factory and sand blasting departments are working on a 1-2 week turnaround for any special or repair items.

We want to reassure you that Swatkins Group is following all Public Health England’s advice on hygiene and safety during the coronavirus pandemic. In line with the governments guidelines over the past few months, we are all working hard to help prevent the spread of coronavirus and we thank you in advance for your patience.

Visit our online brochure to view all our Trophies, Awards and Presentation items. If you have any enquiries or would like any other general information, please don’t hesitate to contact sales@swatkins.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible, usually within the same day.
We will be supplying our products and services on a pro forma basis and will require payment before any orders are processed or dispatched. This payment structure will continue for the foreseeable future and we apologise if this causes any inconvenience.

Telephone enquiries
During the days we are closed, our telephone lines are off. Please do leave a message on our voicemail and we will ensure we contact you when we next open.
DPD Updates
It is now becoming more important to provide DPD with your phone number or email. We understand during the next few months some shops may still be closed or have reduced working hours. Please send us your contact details and we can ensure your details are assigned to the consignment so you can receive the DPD updates, including your 1 hour time slot, or opportunity to re-direct your parcel or choose a different delivery date.
