September 2020 – COVID-19 Update

We are pleased to announce Swatkins Group Ltd is open every Tuesday and Wednesday throughout September.
During these days we are open we are engraving, processing and dispatching orders from stock. Our silverware factory is also open and currently working on a 1 week turnaround for any special or repair items. Please note that due to the impact of COVID-19, we have temporarily suspended all credit accounts, so up-front payment is required for any order placed please.
We apologise in advance if any delay or suspended payment structure causes any inconvenience.
Swatkins is operating with a skeleton workforce at the moment, so your patience and understanding in these unprecedented circumstances is appreciated in advance.
We want to reassure you that Swatkins Group is following all Public Health England’s (PHE) advice on hygiene and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. In line with the governments guidelines over the past few months, we are all working hard to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. The welfare of our team and customers remains our top priority and we must all play our part to protect the most vulnerable.
